I saw a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. I didn’t realize that the vehicle was at the partner dealership in another town. They arranged to have the vehicle brought over to my local dealership so that we didn’t have to drive out of town to see and test drive it.

I got my car at Laird Noller in Lawrence and it was a phenomenal experience it still is I still have my sale person's number that I message from time to time do I have any issues same deal with this layered knoller in Topeka so far we haven't had any issues with it I have heard some bad stuff about it but from my experience none of that stuff happened they do have a bigger selection than Lawrence everybody was nice and welcoming just like Lawrence drove away with the new car same day I honestly don't have any complaints plus I have a really nice hot chocolate machine lol

Not the closest location to us, but worth the drive. Great customer service from Leon, Mikayla and Karen! We ended up with an SUV that met our requirements, at a fair price. They definitely want to make a deal, but no high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend.
