They do not listen to their clients. They reither have you get a loan from them and buy a car at a different dealership than sale you the car. It was unbelievable!

The selection here is a bit limited with it being a little smaller but they worked very hard at getting me the vehicle I was looking for even though they didn’t have it in their stock.

Service department is great but after buying 4 or 5 cars there the sales department is drastically worse. The process is now pressuring and not a straight forward experience. It appears that they are going for the one time sale and not wanting to continue with long term sales. Sales wants to close the deal and quickly and get the customer out the door. A very negative experience compared to my previous 10 years buying cars there.

My only problem is, that I was promised a key fob and it’s over three weeks and still haven’t seen it. Another issue is, that prices on the Internet, are not matching up with the final price. Charges are added on in the sales process.

This dealership was fighting for my business before I had ever even stepped foot on the lot! I had inquired about a vehicle online and they were so helpful and competitive with another dealership I was working with. Their customer service and willing to beat anyone's price really impressed me and I have already recommended this dealership to a few of my friends in the market for new vehicles!

I was told about the diagnosis fee when I dropped off my car. When Todd call my husband he said the charge was 609. Plus tax. When I went to pay for the repairs I was told it was 937. I questioned the amount and he told me that the amount he told my husband didn't include the diagnostic fee. Very miss leading. The whole price should be quoted so there is no surprise when paying.

Everyone was helpful, answered our questions and found us the vehicle that we were looking for. Got us into our price range also.

I had to go through the better business bureau to get a second key fob the owed me. Josh Scudder is the only person who tried to help me.

POOR communication.
Had me fill out and pay for vehicle they hadn't procured, and then couldn't get. Then, forgot to call when they did find a vehicle.
Filled out sales tax information incorrectly so I couldn't get it registered. Waited a week for them to call me back, which they never did. Also developed a problem with vehicle that I called and was told someone would call back.

We choose to go to Laird Noller Hyundai in Lawrence. We found our car in Topeka but do the maintenance in Lawrence because that is where we live. Both locations are amazing!

Service department is always a pleasure to work with. Only wish I have is that this location had a body shop. This doesn't change my 5 star rating in any way but future work involving a Hyundai Body Shop will have to be done at another Hyundai dealership that can complete repair start to finish on property.

Had to call after a couple months to get the title. Then when trying to tag the car we find out that the title is not clear for us to tag. Had to drive back to Lawrence to get another temporary tag till the title is fixed. Not a good experience

I'm an 85 year old widow with a piston problem on the car. My son warned me it might be very expensive and to do nothing without contacting him. Be careful with the financing. I think there are still some unresolved overcharges. The way it was presented was close to fraudulent.

Honestly I was going to give Michael a rave review initially but I feel like what I'm told constantly changes even after purchase. Outstanding experience purchasing a car on line from Laird Nollar Hyundai. I was 1100 miles away, my salesman, Cowen Dougherty went above and beyond to take care of all my questions. There was a snow storm the day we talked and I wanted pictures of the car. Cowen dug it out and sent me plenty of pictures. He was a pleasure to work with.

Accidents happen but it's important to take accountability you won't find that here at this dealership, never responds to voice mails left, promises to call back but never does. Additionally their mistake and oversight almost lost me $1,500 with Geico Auto Insurance. Given the run around with every issue that came up can become very frustrating. Very helpful and knowledgeable helping up make a decision on a vehicle. The finance manager was awesome and everyone was great getting set up afterwards.

I saw a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. I didn’t realize that the vehicle was at the partner dealership in another town. They arranged to have the vehicle brought over to my local dealership so that we didn’t have to drive out of town to see and test drive it.

Quick & efficient service department. Convenient to have local shuttle service. Service kept me updated with status.
